   As you work towards owning your own home, it is best to know where you currently stand financially.  When a lending institution is considering providing you with a loan, they rely on information included in your credit report.  Knowing your current credit score and what is on your credit report is the first step to taking corrective measures. 
 
There are many sites that offer FREE CREDIT REPORTS, but many require some sort of subscription.  We recommend a site called Annual Credit Report.com.  They are a free service that does not require you to sign up for a subscription.  The report is free and it is only $8 to get your score.  We recommend you go to the site, get your free credit report, get your score and then bring the information along when we meet so we can better understand your current situation.  Simple click on the image below.
